Villa da Felicidade consists of three double bedrooms with one en-suite shower room, one family bathroom and a fully fitted kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge and electric cooker. The lounge and dining area has sliding patio doors which open to a covered veranda and seating. The kitchen leads out to a small courtyard area. The courtyard has separate housing for the washing machine and enclosed access to the roof terrace.

From the covered veranda the villa extends to a large private pool with sun deck, pool side shower, barbeque and a choice of outside dining areas.  All of which has ample outside lighting for relaxing evenings by the pool.

In addition to the three spacious bedrooms, the lounge has a sofa bed which can be utilized to provide comfortable sleeping for two more people. Villa da Felicidade can therefore easily sleep a party of eight guests if required, with a cot also available in the third bedroom.  The villa is very spacious and has level access throughout.

Facilities include a colour television with UK Satellite channels from the Sky Family Package, DVD player, stereo CD system and free local telephone calls.
